VOS618A-X001T Vishay VOS618A-X001T Wide-Range CTR Optocoupler with Safety-Rated Insulation

The Vishay VOS618A-X001T is a variant of the VOS618A series which incorporates the safety option “X001” (option 1 insulation) and is supplied in tape-and-reel (“T”). The base series offers a wide CTR range (50 %–600 %) and this part inherits that flexibility, in the standard SSOP-4 half-pitch package. 
It features the same optocoupler structure: GaAs IR emitting diode and silicon planar phototransistor detector, designed for galvanic isolation between two circuits.
