VOS618A-8T Vishay VOS618A-8T High-CTR Miniature Optocoupler for Low-Power Signal Isolation

The Vishay VOS618A-8T is a member of the VOS618A series specifying the “-8” CTR bin (130 %–260 %) (IF = 1 mA, VCE = 5 V) in the standard SSOP-4 half-pitch package. 
It features the same optocoupler architecture: a GaAs infrared-emitter diode and silicon phototransistor detector, in a 4-pin mini-flat package. This high-CTR version provides designers with elevated coupling efficiency, enabling minimal input LED drive and maximizing the signal integrity while maintaining isolation.
