The Vishay VOS618AT is the baseline version of the VOS618A series optocoupler: a GaAs IR diode emitter coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor in a SSOP-4 half-pitch package.
While the datasheet lists a generic “VOS618A” (without bin suffix) with CTR 50 %–600 % as the full part number range, the VOS618AT variant follows this naming scheme for the base bin.
It is well suited for applications needing broad CTR flexibility, high isolation and compact packaging.
