VOS618A-3X001T Vishay VOS618A-3X001T Safety-Certified Optocoupler with High CTR Performance

The Vishay VOS618A-3X001T is a variant of the VOS618A series that meets safety agency approval under encoding “X001” (option 1) and is supplied in tape-and-reel format (“T”). It retains the same optical and packaging fundamentals: GaAs IR emitting diode, silicon planar phototransistor detector, in a 4-pin SSOP-4 half-pitch package. 
This model again features the “-3” CTR bin (100 %–200 %) but adds the safety-rated insulation option (option 1) suitable for “safe electrical insulation” per IEC 60747-5-5.
The part is ideal when regulatory compliance and high reliability are required in industrial, medical or telecom isolation applications.
